CIME-P Website

A ground-up rewrite of CIME Nanotech's legacy WordPress site into a modern, content-driven platform. I owned it end to end, from information architecture and design to a headless Strapi backend, Matomo analytics and a containerised deployment that ships reliably.

  • Led the migration from WordPress to a Next.js + Strapi headless stack.
  • Hardened security and performance, replacing fragile plugins with first-party code.
  • Wired up Matomo analytics and a reproducible Docker deployment.
